Quality Assurance Engineer US East Office (Jacksonville, FL) - Hybrid weekly schedule We exist to transform our customers and change lives  Who We're Looking for We are  seeking  a detail-oriented and experienced QA Engineer  to  be a part of building  the future of RF-SMART products focused on  shipping   across  web and server components while working with a great team.  The ideal person will have a strong  passion for  manual  software  testing and  be responsible for  ensuring the quality and functionality of our products. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving   skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions . This is  a hybrid role  based in Jacksonville, FL , offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a diverse, innovative team.   What You'll Do: Test Planning and Execution: Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test cases based on product requirements and specifications   Requirements Analysis: Review and analyze system specifications and user stories to understand testing requirements and create comprehensive test strategies   Defect Management: Identify, document, and track software defects. Work closely with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes   Test Documentation: Prepare and maintain test documentation including test cases, test data and test results   Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to ensure the new code changes do not adversely affect existing functionality    Collaboration: Work closely with an awesome team of developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the issues are resolved promptly and that releases meet quality standards   Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, practices and tools What You Bring: 5+ years of experience in manual software testing   Strong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies   Knowledge or experience in the  shipping,  supply chain, warehouse industries is a plus   Knowledge of AWS  infrastructure  is a plus     Key Skills for Success: Proficiency in creating detailed, comprehensive, well-structured test cases and test strategies   Ability to think critically and analytically with strong attention to detail   Excellent communication and teamwork skills   Ability to troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide practical solutions   Experience working in Agile   Experience in testing web applications   Familiarity with database testing   Why You’ll Love It Here: Working at RF-SMART means joining a culture that values growth, collaboration, and innovation.
