As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring product quality throughout the development lifecycle. You will work closely with product managers, developers, designers, and operations teams to identify issues early, improve testing processes, and maintain a smooth customer experience. You will play a critical role in validating new features, regression testing releases, identifying edge cases, and ensuring the stability and performance of our systems. Design, develop, and execute manual test cases, test plans, and testing scenarios. Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, sanity, and exploratory testing. Validate APIs using tools such as Postman or similar platforms. Perform database validation and backend testing when needed. Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and acceptance criteria. Identify, document, prioritize, and track bugs using issue tracking systems. Reproduce production issues and support root cause analysis. Ensure high-quality releases across web and mobile applications. Participate in sprint planning, grooming, retrospectives, and QA sign-offs. Test booking, ordering, payment, delivery, and operational flows including edge cases. Suggest process improvements to enhance product quality and release efficiency. Support automation initiatives and contribute to improving testing coverage. Requirements 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing. Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience testing web and mobile applications. Experience with API testing tools such as Postman. Understanding of client-server architecture and REST APIs. Basic knowledge of SQL and database testing. Ability to write clear, structured, and detailed bug reports. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment. Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset. Nice to Have Experience in food delivery, e-commerce, logistics, or booking systems. Experience with automation testing tools/frameworks. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. Performance or load testing experience. Experience with Firebase, analytics tools, or crash reporting tools. Knowledge of testing across Android, iOS, and web platforms.
