Description
About Foundation Health Foundation Health is transforming healthcare through an AI-powered digital pharmacy platform that seamlessly connects operational infrastructure with high quality patient experiences. Our mission is to transform patient centric care by connecting fragmented infrastructure, optimizing care coordination, and removing friction from the patient journey. We refuse to adhere to the status quo; instead, we actively pioneer solutions that will shape the healthcare practices of tomorrow. This ambitious vision is only achievable with the dedication of the right team propelling us forward. We firmly believe that a supportive and inspiring work environment fuels creativity, transforming it into groundbreaking innovation. It is this very innovation that not only benefits our organization but also positively impacts our people, partners, and most importantly, our patients. At Foundation Health, we foster a culture that encourages our team members to broaden their horizons, urging them to bring their passion and curiosity to the workplace each day. We understand that diverse perspectives fuel progress, and we actively seek individuals who share our commitment to excellence and forward-thinking. The Mission: Quality-First Healthcare Healthcare is plagued by outdated, frustrating workflows. At Foundation Health, we believe that thoughtfully applied AI can finally simplify these systems. We are revolutionizing the pharmacy space by building deep, integrated infrastructure that changes how care is delivered. As our QA Lead, you aren’t just managing a process from afar - you are the hands-on guardian of an AI-powered platform that directly impacts provider workdays and patient lives. This is a hybrid role based in our Orlando, FL hub, where you will work side-by-side with our VP of Engineering (ex-DeepMind/Google) to architect and execute a modern quality strategy at the absolute intersection of health-tech and artificial intelligence. The Role: Active Leadership & Deep Technical Grit We are an AI-native team. We don’t just build AI; we use it to maximize our output and automate the mundane. We are not looking for a hands-off manager. We need a proactive, technically sharp Lead who is deeply familiar with the nuances of healthcare data and thrives on the unique challenge of testing non-deterministic, AI-powered systems. In this role, you will: - Lead from the Trenches: Actively own and execute manual, exploratory, and automated testing alongside your team. You scale quality by doing, coaching, and setting the technical standard. - Tame AI Complexity: Design testing strategies that account for LLM behaviors, prompt validations, and model hallucinations, ensuring our AI products are safe and reliable for clinical use. - Protect the Patient Experience: Act as the final point of hands-on accountability for release readiness. You aren't afraid to "put your foot down" if a product isn't ready for primetime. - Master the Fundamentals: From deep-dive regression testing to owning complex UAT implementations with external healthcare clients, you ensure our move-fast culture doesn't break mission-critical workflows. Our Tech & Your Toolkit We’ve cleared the path with a modern, serverless stack designed for speed: Node.js, TypeScript, SvelteKit, and GCP. - Automation: Master, maintain, and scale our Playwright frameworks for front-end testing. - APIs: Use tools like Postman to ensure our core integration platforms meet strict quality standards. - The AI Frontier: Get hands-on with Playwright MCP and Agents, leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to test complex features in production. What You Bring (The Blueprint) This is a specialized role requiring a unique blend of industry compliance knowledge and cutting-edge tech fluency. Core Requirements: - Healthcare Domain Expertise: 2+ years of experience testing within the healthcare, health-tech, or pharmacy space. You understand HIPAA considerations, d
