Position Overview: As a QA Analyst at Prompt, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality, consistency, and reliability of our software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including product management, development, and design—to ensure our software meets the highest standards before it reaches our users. This role will focus primarily on manual testing efforts to verify that our software performs as expected and aligns with our company’s goals. You will also play an important role in helping Prompt evolve its QA practices by testing AI-enabled functionality and leveraging modern AI and agentic tools to improve testing efficiency, coverage, and insight. We are specifically looking for an ambitious self-starter who would be considered a high performer in any organization. Key Responsibilities: - Manual Testing: Perform functional, regression, smoke, and acceptance testing on new and existing features. - Bug Reporting: Identify, document, and communicate defects to the development team, ensuring timely resolution. - AI Testing: Test AI-enabled product features for accuracy, reliability, usability, edge cases, and unintended behaviors. - Leveraging AI and Agentic Tools: Use AI-assisted workflows to improve test planning, test case generation, exploratory testing, documentation, and overall QA efficiency. - Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, development, and design to review project requirements, provide input during the testing phase, and ensure alignment on quality expectations. - Documentation: Maintain accurate records of test plans, test cases, and results. Ensure clear and consistent documentation for stakeholders. - Prioritization and Risk Communication: Plan and manage daily QA work across multiple priorities, focus testing efforts on the highest-risk and highest-impact areas, and proactively communicate status, blockers, risks, and tradeoffs to stakeholders. - Continuous Improvement: Contribute insights to enhance testing processes, documentation standards, and w
