Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Provider Solutions, the Provider Solutions Architect serves as the primary subject matter expert for Payer and Provider workstreams, driving best-practice solutioning and configuration standards across State, Payer, and Provider implementations. This role requires exceptional technical skills, a deep understanding of how the solution functions for all customer stakeholders, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
