Anchor Property Management is Hiring a Property Manager! Location: Stafford, TX Employment Type: Full-Time Pay Rate: $40,000 - $50,000 per year Bonus: Annual Performance Bonus Available Overview Anchor Property Management is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Property Manager to join our growing team in Stafford, Texas. Anchor Property Management specializes in turnkey single-family property management throughout the Houston Metropolitan Market. We are committed to delivering exceptional service to both property owners and residents while fostering strong communities built on honesty, integrity, and professionalism. Responsibilities Oversee daily management of single-family residential properties. Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, property owners, and vendors. Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs, and property inspections. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal housing regulations. Manage lease agreements, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs. Monitor property performance and occupancy goals. Maintain accurate records using property management software. Prepare reports and communicate property updates to ownership. Deliver exceptional customer service and conflict resolution when needed. Requirements Must Have 5+ years of property management or related industry experience. Knowledge of local, state, and federal property management regulations. Experience using property management software. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent. Nice to Have Single-family residential property management experience. Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
