Role Overview The Junior Projects & Strategy Analyst will work closely with the company's leadership team, supporting the organization, monitoring, and execution of strategic initiatives and special projects. This role is essential to ensuring cross-functional alignment, performance tracking, and effective communication with key company leaders and strategic partners. What You'll Be Doing Coordinate strategic projects and priority initiatives in collaboration with Content, Marketing, Commercial, Operations, and Product teams; Organize and lead follow-up meetings with leadership teams, preparing agendas, action items, and executive reports; Monitor and manage the company’s OKRs, supporting leaders in setting, tracking, and reviewing quarterly objectives and key results; Prepare executive presentations with performance results and key metrics for senior management and strategic partners; Support the design and implementation of new planning processes and operational routines focused on efficiency, prioritization, and high-impact outcomes; Collaborate in managing the company’s strategic calendar and tracking deliverables from key business areas; Manage relationship and communication frameworks with strategic distribution partners. What You'll Bring: Bacherlor/s Degree in Business Administration or related field; Fluency in English and Portuguese (written & spoken) is mandatory  Previous experience in strategic planning, project management, consulting, or related fields; Strong analytical mindset with excellent organizational, communication, and synthesis skills; Familiarity with financial concepts and performance metrics (KPIs); Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at different organizational levels and facilitate decision-making processes; Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in complex and fast-paced environments; Experience with project management and OKR methodologies is considered a plus; Background in media, sports, or digital businesses is highly desirable; Availability to work in a hybrid model based in São Paulo. Even better if: Experience in the media, sports, entertainment, or digital business sectors; Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills; Proficiency in presentation tools and project management platforms.
