*** APPLY ONLINE ONLY *** You Are: A technically inclined individual with a strong understanding of window treatment installation (motorized/manual) who enjoys problem-solving and delivering clean, professional work. You want to be in the field, hands on. You Have: Experience on projects with a focus on Motorized Window Treatments (measure, install, programming, maintenance, & service) across high-end residential and commercial projects.  (Ideally Lutron but you may come from installing versions from Crestron, Somfy, or similar) Experience on construction sites as a Project Manager or Installer (a PMP is a plus!). Knowledge of the built environment and experience with all three phases of implementation (Rough/Trim/Final). A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.
