About the Role....  We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the mobilisation of a large‑scale contract over a 6‑month period. This is a pivotal role, responsible for owning and driving the mobilisation project plan to get us ready for a potential 1st January 2027 go‑live date. You will coordinate multiple cross‑functional workstreams – including Partnerships, Construction, Delivery, Product Development, Sales, Tech, Finance and People – ensuring timelines, dependencies, risks and stakeholders remain fully aligned throughout the mobilisation phase. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a qualified project manager who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments, enjoys working across diverse teams, and is willing to roll up their sleeves and get involved when needed. Skills and experience Significant experience as a Project Manager delivering complex, multi‑workstream projects or programmes. Proven track record of mobilising large‑scale contracts or operational programmes in a commercial environment. Strong experience of RAID management, project planning and dependency mapping. Demonstrable ability to coordinate and influence cross‑functional teams (e.g. Partnerships, Construction, Delivery, Sales, Tech, Finance, People). Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including senior leadership reporting. Highly organised, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working to tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Professional project management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM, PMP, or equivalent. Strong understanding of recognised project management methodologies and best practice.   What’s in it for you?
