The Role: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of leading complex Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing end-to-end ERP implementations, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. This is a client-facing leadership role requiring exceptional stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and delivery management skills. Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation projects. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and project governance. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, vendors, and third-party partners. Facilitate project planning sessions, status meetings, steering committee updates, and executive communications. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies. Ensure successful execution of project milestones, deliverables, testing, training, and go-live activities. Manage scope, change requests, project documentation, and overall project governance. Monitor project progress and provide regular status reporting to leadership. Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions. Support post-go-live stabilization and transition to operational support teams. Requirements: 8+ years of Project Management experience leading enterprise IT initiatives. Proven experience managing complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Business Central, CRM, or ERP) implementation projects. Strong knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies and full project lifecycle delivery. Experience managing cross-functional, geographically distributed teams. Strong expertise in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Great to Have: PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent Project Management certification. Experience leading large-scale ERP transformation or digital modernization initiatives. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar project management tools. Previous consulting or systems integrator experience is highly desirable.
