By joining our international team, you will help shape the future of sustainable digital infrastructure. atnorth is now starting to build in Norway and the first DC project will be in Haugesund. The first phase of this project is 120mW DC. Project Manager atnorth are now looking for a skilled and driven Project Manager to join our project in Haugesund and Development team in Norway As a Project Manager, you will manage end-to-end delivery of data centre construction projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders. Your leadership will ensure projects meet rigorous standards and align seamlessly with operational goals. This is a great opportunity to contribute to large-scale, high-impact data center developments across the Nordics. Key responsibilities: Lead and coordinate the project teamon site on day-to-day basis. Act as the primary point of contact for project status Develop and manage integrated project schedules, identify critical paths, and proactively mitigate project risks. Daily overview and control on schedule, risk and quality Oversee procurement and contract negotiations with contractors and suppliers in collaboration with Commercial and Procurement leadership. Follow up on design, suppliers and construction contractors on site. Produce decision-gate documentation, cash flow forecasts, and regular project reporting in line with atNorth governance processes. Champion a “Safety First” culture and ensure compliance with atNorth HSE standards, quality requirements, and local regulations. Ensure construction, commissioning, and handover activities meet approved designs and atNorth standards. Your profile: Minimum 8 years of experience in project management Experience with design and build contracts. Experience with Norwegian Contract standards Experience working on complex or large-scale construction projects (data center experience is an advantage, not a requirement) Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems. Proven track record managing multi-million Euro projects on time and within budget. Deep knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and health & safety regulations. Strong experience on coordination between design & contractors Skilled in planning and change management Skilled in Risk & Compliance management Relevant degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or similar Structured and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain project momentum Proactive and solution-oriented with strong communication skills Fluent in English and Norwegian, both written and spoken.
