Jasara PMC is actively searching for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager - Sports Facilities (Expression of Interest) to lead and oversee the rehabilitation and development of sports facilities project. We are partnering with a reputable institution to deliver high‑profile sports and recreational facilities in Riyadh. This initiative will create a state‑of‑the‑art, refurbished and upgraded complex designed to provide high‑quality accommodation and amenities for sport and leisure—aligned with the project’s primary objectives. The project team will apply proven project management and construction‑supervision expertise to ensure on‑time delivery, strict cost control, and adherence to the highest quality and safety standards. We seek an exceptional, collaborative team committed to excellence and ready to contribute the skills and dedication required to deliver this scheme successfully. Responsibilities Plan, manage, and monitor the rehabilitation and development of sports facilities project, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and construction professionals. Engage with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to understand and fulfill project requirements. Monitor project risks and challenges, implementing effective mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and quality standards and local regulations. Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior management. Drive continuous improvement and innovation within sports facilities project delivery. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field. 15 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably with a focus on sports facilities or related infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of sports facility design, construction processes, and relevant standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure to meet deadlines. Experience with project management software and tools. Familiarity with health, safety, and quality management in construction projects. Ability to foster collaboration among diverse teams.
