Description
As a Project Manager at Pierce Technology Corp, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects that align with company goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations. Lead project kick-off meetings to set expectations and timelines; communicate project updates regularly to stakeholders. Monitor project progress, identifying any potential risks or roadblocks, and implement corrective actions as needed. Coordinate resources, develop budgets, and allocate tasks amongst team members to meet project demands. Facilitate collaboration across teams to ensure a smooth workflow and adherence to project timelines. Report project status, outcomes, and success metrics to senior management, making recommendations for process improvements. Conduct post-project evaluations to assess successes and identify areas for future enhancement. Requirements 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a technology or consultancy environment. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA). Exceptional organizational skills with an attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders. Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and make data-driven decisions. Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field; project management certification (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.
