Project Manager - Build and Capex Construction Field-Based (4 days per week) / Home-Based (1 day per week) Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm/ Friday - 9am - 4pm £55k - £60k per annum (Depending on Experience) Overview We're looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our growing team and lead the delivery of new franchise locations and estate improvement projects across the UK.   This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of projects from initial site feasibility through to construction, handover, and operational launch. Working closely with franchisees, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders, you'll ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.   If you enjoy managing multiple projects, solving complex challenges, and seeing developments come to life, we'd love to hear from you.
