Primary Functions and Tasks:   Lead and coordinate end‑to‑end ETM.next implementation projects Conduct gap workshops with the client team and define development gaps Conceptualize functional design for development gaps and align with global product management Lead cut over and migration activities Define and manage project scope, milestones, timelines, risks, and dependencies Coordinate cross‑functional teams (ETM consultants, SAP, development, QA, client teams) Act as the main point of contact for the client on delivery‑related topics Ensure alignment between business requirements and ETM solution design Track progress and prepare regular project status and steering updates Manage change requests and assess impact on scope, timeline, and budget Ensure adherence to agreed project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) Support go‑live, hypercare, and transition to operations Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of ETM delivery practices We are looking for:    2+ years of experience in IT / Digital / SaaS Project Management or functional role Proven experience delivering enterprise software implementations Experience with SAP‑related projects is a strong advantage Good understanding of operational processes (asset, equipment, fleet, logistics – an advantage) Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience working with cross‑functional and international teams Solid planning, prioritization, and risk management skills Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery models Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, etc.) is a plus Fluent English (German is a plus) Offer:   Compensation package:   Our compensation package includes a fixed salary with yearly evaluation and quarterly performance-related bonus, meal tickets, Easter and Christmas gift vouchers, as well as seniority, referral bonus, and peer-to-peer recognition.   Health and Wellbeing:   Our benefits package includes extra paid vacation days, hybrid working model, quality private medical subscription for employee and their families, and gym options.  Professional growth:   A learning-oriented organization with customized training paths (a mix between technical, functional and soft skills, as well as German and French language courses), certifications, valuable e-learning solution and firm-wide development programs.     For more information, please visit:   www.bearingpoint.com   www.linkedin.com/company/bearingpoint   instagram.com/bearingpointromania   facebook.com/BearingPointRomania     About BearingPoint  BearingPoint is an independent management and technology consultancy with European roots and a global reach.
