We are looking for a M id-Weight Project Manager to join our team of change-makers on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract. You will join the Project Management department and will be working with Senior Project Managers and Project Directors across various accounts. You will also have the opportunity to be the operational lead of your own account.
As well as being the master of timelines and status sheets, you will be the glue between your team members, ensuring you create and uphold structures that work for your team and your client. You will need to have an interest in creativity and design, as well as a natural urge to be proactive and a desire to be part of a positive work culture.
DAY-TO-DAY, YOU’LL BE GETTING INVOLVED AND LEADING:
Project plans – you will be the creator and holder of all process documents, WoW, status sheets, timelines and project plans. On occasion, you will be on hand to partner with the Account Leadership team in creating project scope of work proposals.
Team co-ordination – you will be the glue between a team of Creatives, Strategists, Designers, Account handlers and Producers, helping build a collaborative way-of-working across each project and keeping energy levels up to ensure we are delivering the best Creative work possible
Resource management & planning – you will work closely with the agency Resource Manager to allocate & manage the time for those who are involved in delivering projects for your brands. You’ll need to ensure there’s ample time allocated for the work in scope and share clear communications with the team on client expectations and delivery dates.
Financial management & ownership – to ensure we are able to stay within budget, you will be responsible for managing estimates, purchasing, invoice approvals, tracking burn against timesheets, along with keeping on top of third-party costs.
End-to-end delivery – you will arrange & lead kick off and creative review meetings, helping manage projects through to delivery, which will include a range of assets (i.e. global toolkits, digital assets, OOH, POSM, print assets and TVCs and radio assets).
Production support – when applicable to your projects, you will support the Production team, which may mean you’re involved in running small-scale production projects (e.g. stills shoots, post-prod project
