Project Manager Location: Vaasa, Finland (Rotational) Employment Type: Full-time | Permanent About Crown Crown is Ireland's leading specialist roofing, cladding and façade contractor, delivering innovative building envelope solutions across Ireland, the UK and Europe. Our expertise spans a wide range of sectors, including hyperscale data centres, commercial, pharmaceutical, healthcare, industrial, residential and digital technology projects. We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team on a major hyperscale data centre project in Vaasa, Finland . This is a site-based rotational role , operating on a 3-week rotation with a long weekend at home . Flights and accommodation are provided. The Role Reporting to the Project Director, you will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of a major data centre project, ensuring it is delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage the successful delivery of the project, ensuring programme, budget and quality objectives are achieved. Oversee day-to-day site operations while maintaining the highest standards of health, safety and environmental compliance. Ensure adequate labour resources are available and effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle. Procure materials and negotiate best value with suppliers whilst ensuring timely delivery to site. Coordinate plant, equipment and logistics to support efficient project delivery. Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with contract specifications, drawings and programme requirements. Implement and maintain quality assurance processes, inspections and snagging procedures. Prepare, review and update site-specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS). Work closely with the Planning team to monitor project programmes and communicate progress with clients. Collaborate with the Design team to deliver practical, compliant and cost-effective solutions. Attend client, subcontractor and main contractor meetings, providing regular project updates. Work alongside the Commercial and Quantity Surveying teams to manage costs and understand Bills of Quantities. Monitor labour productivity, preliminaries and project costs against budget. Identify and report variations promptly to maximise commercial recovery. Coordinate suppliers and subcontractors while ensuring quality standards are maintained. Produce weekly project reports for senior management and clients. Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and site teams. Maintain accurate project documentation, including site diaries, photographs and progress records. Promote Crown's professional standards and safety-first culture at all times.
