About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex technology, data integration, and change management initiatives for clients across Australia. Ideal Profile Experience & Project Delivery Proven experience managing the end-to-end delivery of technology, digital transformation, or data-focused projects Strong background delivering projects involving data integration, system migrations, and change management Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality, timelines, and client satisfaction Experience working within complex stakeholder environments Technical Knowledge Strong understanding of data integration and system implementation projects Experience working with Student Information Systems (SIS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), or other business-critical platforms Experience managing ICT infrastructure projects is advantageous Exposure to Microsoft technologies including Azure, Power Platform, or Dynamics 365 is desirable Project Management & Methodologies Experience applying project management frameworks such as Agile, PRINCE2, PMP, or similar methodologies Strong skills in project planning, budgeting, risk management, and delivery governance Relevant Project Management or Microsoft certifications are highly regarded Communication & Stakeholder Management Excellent communication and presentation skills Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organisational levels, from operational users to executive leadership Strong workshop facilitation and requirements gathering capabilities Ability to translate business requirements into structured project plans and actionable outcomes Personal Attributes Highly organised with excellent time management skills Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with evolving client requirements Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes Responsibilities Project Leadership & Delivery Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology, data integration, and change management projects Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables Ensure projects are delivered successfully while meeting quality standards and client expectations Oversee multiple concurrent engagements and prioritise activities effectively Client & Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder meetings to establish project objectives and alignment Provide regular project updates, manage expectations, and proactively address ri
