Key-responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute the end-to-end implementation of an infrastructure monitoring platform.
Collaborate closely with infrastructure, operations, security, development teams, and external vendors.
Oversee the installation, configuration, and validation of the monitoring solution in hybrid environments (on-premise and/or cloud).
Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry-specific requirements in the financial sector.
Manage the project timeline, resources, budget, and associated risks.
Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, both technical and business.
Ensure comprehensive project documentation and coordinate training for the teams that will operate the platform.
Facilitate the transition of the project into operations upon completion of the implementation.
Must-have:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in technology projects, preferably related to infrastructure or monitoring.
Hands-on knowledge of infrastructure monitoring and observability tools (APM, metrics, tracing, etc.), such as Datadog, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Zabbix, among others.
Experience working in complex environments, ideally within the financial sector or other regulated industries.
Ability to coordinate multiple technical teams, business units, and external vendors.
General knowledge of IT architecture, operating systems, networks, virtualization, and/or cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or similar) are a plus.
Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Technical English proficiency (reading and writing); conversational fluency is a plus.
Nice-to-have:
AI Tooling Proficiency : Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
