TBIPS Category: P.5 | Quantity: 1 Resource Contract Period: March 2026 – March 2029 (+ 1-year option to 2030) Location: National Capital Region (hybrid – 330 Sparks Street, Ottawa + remote) Security Clearance Required: SECRET Estimated Days: 220 days (initial period)  About the Engagement Orangutech has been awarded a Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) contract with Transport Canada's Business Solutions Directorate to support the digital transformation of three marine safety and security products: MITRACK 2.0 , the Pleasure Craft Operator Card System (PCOCS) , and the Vessel Registry System (CRVS) . These systems support Transport Canada's Ocean Protection Plan (OPP) modernization initiatives. The Project Executive will provide senior-level oversight and strategic coordination across all three interconnected digital products, serving as the primary point of contact for Transport Canada's executive stakeholders and ensuring delivery against the program's milestones and gating requirements.
