Job Summary
Responsible for embedding Operations management and EHS reporting technology within client organizations by providing a range of services across the full project lifecycle. Provides an array of digital services to clients across strategic advisory, implementation, and sustainment; and across a variety of EHS domains including environmental management, safety, sustainability, compliance, risk, and performance management. Also, responsible for working with clients to review current business processes and systems, guiding clients through the organizational change management process, evaluating software systems, designing and enhancing software solutions, training system users, and coordinating system maintenance and related support activities.
Job Responsibilities
Accountability for leading digital EHS and ESG management software implementations within large organizational programs.
Leading teams or sub-teams including clear delegation of work, quality assurance, mentoring and upskilling of consultants.
Leading system requirements and design workshops and documenting design specifications (technical writing).
Managing and developing client relationships to grow revenue generation opportunities with those customers.
Managing quality of configured applications through unit testing and formal user acceptance testing including preparation of test scripts.
Preparing training materials and conducting training of end users.
Developing integration specification and implementing system interfaces.
Designing and implementing data migration and conversions.
Planning and leading post go-live support and maintenance activities.
Preparing proposals and securing follow on work from existing projects.
Assisting the digital EHS management team with ongoing project and programs.
Executing rapid development of new data and analytic work tracks with faster iteration over quick sprints.
Providing support in breaking down business problems into solvable components by assessing the requirements and/or business implications to arrive at recommended solutions, with minimal supervision.
Executing the development of new concepts and proof of concept designs.
