Key responsibilities Prepare documentation for contractor and supplier tenders (technical specifications/scopes of work, offer comparison tables). Take minutes in project meetings and follow up on the implementation of agreed decisions. Coordinate day-to-day work organisation topics and ensure tasks are delivered as planned. Register and monitor project invoices, contracts, and other project documentation. Support project managers with daily project tasks and operational problem-solving. Main requirements A construction/engineering-related education. Strong skills in MS Excel and AutoCAD. Relevant experience in construction or real estate project delivery/implementation. Fluent Lithuanian, good written and spoken English languages. Strong time management and planning skills to deliver commitments on time and to a high standard.
