JASARA PMC invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the role of Project Director (Stakeholder) for our mixed-use development projects. This senior leadership position requires an expert in stakeholder management to coordinate and engage diverse stakeholders involved in complex mixed-use developments. You will play a critical role in ensuring alignment of stakeholder objectives with project goals while maintaining strong, productive relationships throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership capabilities, expertise in communication and negotiation, and a proven track record in managing stakeholder engagement for large-scale, mixed-use projects involving multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead stakeholder engagement strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, governmental bodies, contractors, and community groups. Coordinate and facilitate effective communication among diverse project stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment. Monitor stakeholder concerns, expectations, and feedback to proactively address and mitigate risks. Support project planning and execution by integrating stakeholder perspectives and requirements. Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure stakeholder interests are reflected throughout all project phases. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Urban Planning, Architecture, or a relevant discipline; Master's degree preferred. Minimum 15 years of experience in project management with significant experience in stakeholder management for mixed-use developments. Proven track record managing complex stakeholder environments successfully. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution expertise. Experience working with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and community stakeholders. Familiarity with project management tools and software. Understanding of regional regulatory frameworks and local cultural considerations in Saudi Arabia is an advantage.
