Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator for Post Construction Services plays a crucial role in being a liaison between the project accounting team and the project management team. They are responsible for ensuring that all billing processes, job setups, and contract reviews are conducted accurately and timely. They are also responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients and resolving any project-related administrative issues that may arise. This role requires excellent organization, as well as a strong attention to detail, and the ability to improve processes and procedures.
Your Responsibilities as a Project Coordinator:
Create new project set ups for the Project Managers. Make sure that they are completed timely and accurately and provided to the project accounting team for entry into the company’s accounting system.
Review contracts, recommend changes, and provide definitive version to senior leadership for signature.
Create change orders for the PMs, send to client, follow up.
Work in close collaboration with the project accounting team as well as the project managers and sales team, to ensure that the billing processes are aligned with overall business objectives and client satisfaction goals.
Monitor and manage the AR aging for the Project Managers, especially the accounts past due 90+ days and lead the collection efforts to ensure timely collection of funds from clients for services performed.
Address and resolve client inquiries and disputes regarding administrative issues, provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships.
Manage Prevailing Wage DAS forms for apprentice and similar Prevailing Wage needs.
Perform other duties and/or complete other projects assigned by senior leadership team.
Create/amend Bluebeam maps for PMs.
Help Project Managers with daily scheduling.
Help responding to emails.
Review of profit and loss for jobs for Project Managers.

Sound analytical and critical thinking skills.
Educational & Experience:
2 years of project coordination experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Work experience in accounting pref
