This position supports a multi-year, federally funded initiative focused on strengthening rural healthcare systems in Maine through Electronic Medical Records (EMR) modernization. This role will lead the administration of approximately $30 million in EMR modernization funding, supporting more than 70 rural healthcare organizations statewide. MCD offers competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package. This position is based remotely within the U.S. and involves regular travel to and within Maine. This position is contingent upon confirmation of funding. Salary offers may vary based on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. Support one of Maine's largest digital health initiatives through project coordination, scheduling, communications, documentation, and stakeholder support. Position Summary: Provides day-to-day administrative and project coordination support to the EMR Modernization leadership team. Primary Responsibilities Coordinate meetings  Prepare agendas  Maintain project schedules  Track action items  Support communications  Organize documentation  Coordinate training events  Manage calendars  Assist reporting  Support project logistics  Project Coordinator - EMR Modernization Grade Level: 3 Anticipated Salary: $56,000 - $62,000 Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred  2–4 years of project coordination  Excellent organizational skills  Strong Microsoft Office experience  Experience supporting cross-functional teams or large initiatives preferred
