Project Coordinator at atNorth Are you a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who excels at keeping complex, fast-moving projects synchronized? As a Project Coordinator at atNorth, you will play a vital role in supporting the successful delivery of our world-class data center development and construction projects. You will serve as the central coordination anchor, managing administrative workflows, tracking documentation, and ensuring seamless communication across internal teams, contractors, and external partners. By taking ownership of crucial project registers, meeting logistics, tracking logs, and site-level coordination, you will provide the essential operational backbone that allows our Project and Construction Managers to maintain full velocity on execution and delivery. Key responsibilities: Act as the central point of contact for day-to-day coordination between internal teams, contractors, and suppliers, handling ad-hoc requests to ensure efficient execution. Maintain and structure critical project documentation—including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and logs. Partner closely with the Document Controller to ensure strict compliance with quality and document control standards. Manage project meeting logistics, capture comprehensive minutes and key decisions, and rigorously follow up on commitments and deadlines with responsible stakeholders. Assist Project Managers and Planners with progress tracking, schedule maintenance support, and data consolidation to proactively flag potential timeline risks or deviations. Support practical site activities, including contractor onboarding, visitor arrangements, work permit tracking, and delivery logistics. Assist with foundational commercial workflows like purchase order administration and basic invoice handling. Prepare structured status reports, presentations, and data updates to support project reviews and executive decision-making. Your profile: A Bachelor's degree, vocational qualification, or equivalent practical experience in Project Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. 2 to 5 years of proven experience in project coordination, administration, or support roles within construction, infrastructure, heavy engineering, or similar project-based environments. Experience within the data center sector or capital-intensive projects is highly advantageous. High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hands-on experience navigating dedicated project management and document control platforms. A structured, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple overlapping priorities under changing deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and a service-minded, team-oriented attitude. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong, collaborative working relationships across cross-functional, international teams.
