Description
OUR COMPANY: EOS IT Solutions is a Global Technology and Logistics company, providing Collaboration and Business IT Support services to some of the world’s largest industry leaders, delivering forward-thinking solutions based on multi-domain architecture. Customer satisfaction and commitment to superior quality of service are our top business priorities, along with investing in and supporting our partners and employees. As a Logistics & Fulfilment Coordinator , you own the journey from the moment hardware arrives at our warehouse until it is ready for carrier collection. You are the link between inbound deliveries, warehouse execution, and outbound fulfilment. Project Managers rely on you to keep shipments moving, the warehouse team relies on you to give them clear tasks and timely information, and our customers rely on us to deliver on time. That chain starts with you. WHAT YOU’LL DO:  Work proactively with the Order Management team on inbound ETAs. Brief the warehouse team before freight arrives. Create pick tickets and shipment tasks for the warehouse team with everything they need to act. Physically verify shipments in the warehouse. Parts present, correctly labelled, accurately addressed, nothing missing. Confirm asset tagging and serial number capture are complete and accurate before anything moves. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure shipments are prepared and handed over cleanly for carrier collection. Follow up with Project Managers for confirmed installation dates. Hardware cannot sit; you push to get delivery dates confirmed and hardware moving. Escalate storage concerns when project timelines slip and coordinate on-site customer storage options where applicable. Identify opportunities to receive hardware directly into customer-owned stock, bypassing unnecessary warehouse processing steps. Maintain accurate records of inbound receipts, warehouse tasks, shipment status, and asset data. Keep Order Management, the warehouse team, Project Managers, and the logistics team aligned and informed.  WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:  A third-level degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field; 1 to 2 years of experience in a warehouse coordination, logistics, or operations support role; or a combination of relevant work experience and further education such as a post-secondary qualification or professional certification. Hands-on experience in a warehouse or logistics environment. You are comfortable on the floor, not just behind a screen. Exceptional attention to detail. You physically verify shipments, check labels, confirm serial numbers, and do not sign off on anything you have not confirmed yourself. Proactive by default. You anticipate what is coming, prepare the team ahead of time, and flag issues before they become someone else's problem. Strong communicator across functions. You work daily with warehouse staff, Project Managers, Order Management, and logistics partners. Organized under pressure. You can manage multiple active shipments simultaneously and keep every task progressing. Self-starter who takes ownership. If something is not moving, you find out why and fix it. Comfortable with technology. Warehouse management systems, task boards, and Excel competency expected; additional systems will be trained. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Familiarity with AV, video conferencing, or networking hardware. Experience with Sage X3, Jira, or similar ERP and project management tooling. Experience coordinating directly into customer-owned stock or vendor-managed inventory environments. Track record of improving inbound receipt or outbound fulfilment processes.  The EOS pay range for this job is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
