Position Summary The Progress & EVM Lead serves as the technical lead for scheduling, progress measurement, and Earned Value Management (EVM) across large-scale capital projects and mega-project programs. This role is responsible for overseeing schedule integrity, validating contractor-reported physical progress, and supporting data-driven project delivery through forecasting, trend analysis, schedule forensics, and performance reporting. Working closely with project leadership, EPC contractors, and cross-functional teams, the Progress & EVM Lead supports the development and maintenance of resource-loaded schedules, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), progress measurement systems, and project controls baselines aligned with EVM and Critical Path Methodology (CPM) principles. The ideal candidate possesses advanced expertise in Primavera P6, schedule analytics, forecasting, and integrated project controls delivery within semiconductor, industrial, energy, or EPC mega-project environments.
