JASARA PMC is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the position of Programme Controls Director - Mixed-use, with 20 years of experience. As a pivotal part of our commitment to delivering world-class Social Infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia under Vision 2030, this leadership role will focus on managing and overseeing programme controls for mixed-use developments. You will lead the design, implementation, and management of programme controls processes to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive programme control frameworks specific to mixed-use developments. Oversee scheduling, cost management, risk assessment, and performance reporting for large-scale programmes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of programme objectives and control measures. Lead the identification, analysis, and mitigation of programme risks to minimize impact on timelines and deliverables. Prepare and present detailed programme performance reports, forecasts, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in programme control methodologies and tools. Mentor and guide project and programme controls teams to enhance capabilities and ensure adherence to standards. Requirements Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline; relevant advanced qualifications are a plus. At least 20 years of progressive experience in programme/project controls, preferably within mixed-use developments. Expertise in programme controls methodologies, tools, and software, such as Primavera P6 and MS Project. Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects within budget and schedule constraints.
