Guided by our core values and through our personalized practices, we strive to bring employees and companies together, offering services aligned with their goals and aspirations, fostering a high-quality and innovative future.   Therefore, on behalf of our client, we are seeking a Program and Quality Manager to join a dynamic team.     The client:     A leading generator and supplier of electricity in Greece and in other European countries.     In this role , you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of processes within the organization, along with the corresponding compliance, while working closely with IT Project managers and the C level professionals.  Thus, the main tasks will be around program management, process streaming, quality improvements and reporting to the upper Management.    More specifically  Ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements  Monitoring project activities and dependencies  Coordination of project activities and assigned tasks  Monitoring the project progress and the implementation (tracking unassigned tickets)  Collect quality input to support internal and external audits  Identifying business continuity risks  Assist with building new processes (suggest improvements/ streamline workflows)  Train employees on new processes and procedures Monitor processes/ procedures and the findings following internal and external audits Build processes for tracking and reporting quality non conformances / non compliance Maintain quality reports and relevant documents Manage issues and incidents, provide insights into investigating root causes  Requirements What you need to have :   3+ years of related working experience  Previous experience in IT industry or familiarity with IT projects  MSc in Total Quality Management or relevant discipline (nice to have)  Good numerical skills and an understanding of statistics  Fluency in English (verbal and written)  A strong team player, possessing excellent organizational skills  A mindset focused on driving continuous improvement and effective communication  Benefits Competitive compensation package   Working in a rapidly evolving professional environment   Training and development opportunities   Dynamic market input, pioneering systems, competitive advantage
