ABOUT THE ROLE Applied Intuition’s Program Manager - Global Mobility is a critical function within the People organization, supporting a growing workforce across 6+ countries. This role will partner closely with the Head of Global Mobility & Immigration for strategy and program build. We are looking for a Program Manager - Global Mobility to lead and scale high-impact initiatives that influence international operations and employee experience. You will own a high-impact portfolio of 300+ immigration cases and 50+ international relocations, using data and AI to drive improvements in speed, quality, and cost. This role is ideal for a trusted operator who combines deep technical immigration and mobility expertise with strong program management instincts. You are someone who moves seamlessly between counseling individual employees and redesigning the scalable systems that support them. AT APPLIED INTUITION, YOU WILL: - Own end-to-end immigration strategy, serving as the primary SME for major US visa categories (H-1B, L-1, O-1, PERM) and ensuring global compliance - Build our rotation and mobility program, overseeing the complete lifecycle of international transfers, assignments, and permanent relocations - Drive operational excellence by documenting standardized processes, managing vendor relationships, and defining operational KPIs like time-to-file and cost-per-matter - Design scalable manager communication systems, creating tiered guidance, intake SLAs, and self-service resources to reduce inbound noise - Leverage AI tools actively to automate repetitive case workflows, draft communications at scale, and translate regulatory updates into manager-ready guidance - Support global expansion and M&A by assessing work authorization feasibility and contributing to implementation playbooks for new markets WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS: - 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate immigration and global mobility, ideally within a fast-paced, multinational environment - Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of designing scalable programs that connect strategy to execution - Systems-oriented mindset and the ability to build playbooks that enable repeatable, complex work to run reliably with autonomy - Genuine AI fluency, currently using tools to scale communication and automate workflows rather than as a future aspiration - Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate legal nuance into business-aligned options for senior leaders NICE TO HAVE: - Experience building AI-assisted workflows (e.g., automated RFE drafting or status digests) - Expe
