This role sits at the center of cross‑functional coordination—ensuring teams are aligned, risks are surfaced early, timelines are maintained, and launch-critical processes are mapped, optimized, and repeatable. The ideal candidate brings experience supporting biotech/pharma commercial launches, paired with strong program management, operational excellence, and process‑improvement capabilities.
