We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Program Manager to lead the launch and ongoing development of a new Day Habilitation program in Brooklyn. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader who enjoys building programs, developing teams, and creating high-quality services from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Lead the startup, development, and day-to-day operations of the Day Habilitation program and related supplemental services. Recruit, supervise, and support program staff. Develop and implement program systems, policies, and operational procedures. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and quality standards. Build relationships with community partners, service providers, and stakeholders. Monitor program performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Collaborate with senior leadership to execute the organization's vision for the program. Qualifications Previous program management or supervisory experience required. Experience in OPWDD services, Day Habilitation, or related human services programs preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and community partners. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a growing and evolving environment.
