Description
Ignite IT is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team to provide delivery excellence over multiple workstreams in support of the Census and drive business growth and improve customer experiences.  Responsibilities: ·                  Accountable for overall program performance and communicates with stakeholders regarding the technical scope and the overall attributes of the program  ·                  Attends government meetings and manages contract level deliverables/reports  ·                  Oversees performance under the contract (quality, risk, budget, schedule, etc.)  ·                  Initiates and approves recruiting, hiring, personnel actions, subcontracting, and other corporate support activities to meet program requirements  ·                  Complies with program reporting, delivery, and invoicing requirements  Requirements Minimum 12+ years of progressive experience managing large, complex federal IT programs, including multi-workstream delivery across engineering, operations, security, and data domains. Demonstrated experience serving as overall Program Manager on programs with multiple concurrent workstreams and subcontractors. Proven ability to manage cost, schedule, scope, and performance  Experience managing government performance metrics, including CPARS, SLAs, KPIs, and quality assurance plans. Prior experience supporting the U.S. Census Bureau or other large statistical or civilian agencies preferred Ability to serve as the single accountable point of contact for Government leadership, CORs, COs, and division chiefs Excellent communication and teamwork skills Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience Located in the Washington DC area and willing to travel to the customer site several days a week as needed US Citizen Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible spending account Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Referral program Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance
