The Mission Kahoot! is redefining how the modern workforce learns, engages, and collaborates. We are seeking a Program Director to be the face and voice of our "At Work" segment, Kahoot! 360. This isn't just about managing a business line; it’s about systematically changing how businesses think about corporate learning. You will be the face of Kahoot! in the corporate world—shaping our narrative, influencing the global L&D (Learning & Development) community, and bridging the gap between our high-level vision and commercial execution. Your Role: The Lead Evangelist & Strategist In this role, you will report to the CSO and work closely with the Executive Team to drive the following pillars: Market Evangelism & Thought Leadership The Voice of the Segment: Serve as the primary spokesperson for Kahoot! at Work, meaning Kahoot! 360. You will represent the company at global industry events, in the media, and during high-stakes presentations to partners and owners. Narrative Shaping: Craft the "At Work/Kahoot! 360" story. You will define how Kahoot! solves the most pressing challenges in corporate training, employee engagement, and internal communication. Industry Influence: Build relationships with key influencers, analysts, and corporate leaders to position Kahoot! 360 as an ultimate workforce engagement platform. Vision & Segment Growth Executive Partnership: Collaborate with the Executive Team to define and execute the long-term vision for the "Kahoot 360" business area. Market Intelligence: Act as the "eyes and ears" of the company. Deep-dive into competitive landscapes and emerging trends to ensure Kahoot! 360 stays ahead of the curve. Needle-Moving Initiatives: Help steer mission-critical projects that accelerate product adoption and drive global revenue growth. The Bridge between Customers Product, Sales & Marketing Commercial Solution Architect: Translate market needs and customer pain points into impactful commercial products and initiatives. Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure our solutions aren't just built well, but are "sold right" and resonate with the reality of corporate trainers and HR leaders. Roadblock Removal: Act as the operational "glue" to align priorities across departments, ensuring the "At Work/Kahoot! 360" strategy is executed without friction. Requirements Who you are: An Industry Veteran: 10+ years of experience in Commercial Product Development, Partnerships, Learning and Development, Product Marketing, or Strategic Management—specifically within the SaaS/Enterprise space. Domain Expertise: A deep understanding of Corporate L&D, HR Tech, or employee engagement. You understand the language of corporate trainers and the pressures and needs of our modern workforce. Stage Presence: You are an exceptional communicator with a "presence." You are as comfortable on a keynote stage or in front of a camera as you are in a boardroom. Your Toolkit Master Storyteller: You have a proven ability to take complex product features and turn them into compelling value propositions that inspire action. Master the Thought Leadership Translation Framework Strategic & Operational Dual-Threat: You can "zoom out" to craft a 3-year vision and "zoom in" to ensure a product launch stays on track. Collaborative Leader: You excel at leading through influence, bringing together diverse teams (Sales, Tech, Marketing) toward a singular goal. You have an existing network of Peers, Followers Partners, Clients who would benefit from Kahoot! 360.
