Today, the company operates four production and packaging facilities, as well as 15 warehouses across the country. JOB SUMMARY: The Production worker is responsible for the fulfillment of customer orders through completion of production schedule or shipping plan as presented by leadership that ensures on time and in full delivery of those orders. MAIN ACTIVITIES: Execute production as Schedule Timely and accurate production output Operate/maintain production line equipment Contribute to a safe and clean working environment Adhere and comply with all Health and Safety rules and procedures Support and follow Quality Initiatives and standards Maintain relevant product and process knowledge and required certifications. Overtime and shift work as required or scheduled Complete additional indoor/outdoor duties as assigned Other related functions that may be added to the job description as required. COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS Technical skills: High Attention to Detail and Quality Output Physically Fit (Capable of lifting 50lbs and standing for long periods) Role Flexibility and Willingness to Cross Train Basic Math Skills and Reading Comprehension Relational skills: Good Problem-Solving Skills; Excellent communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills; Accountable, dependable and punctual; Ability to work under pressure; Ability to work under pressure; Autonomy, resourcefulness and sense of organization; Endorse Company Values REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education: High School Experience: 6 months of relevant experience Language: Fluent in English, oral and written. WORKING ENVIRONMENT Physical Effort: Standing upright for long hours Environment: Ability to lift weights of 50lbs.
