Location: Espoo, Finland Type: Full-time Work mode: On-site Start Date: As soon as possible At Hyperion Robotics, we are cutting carbon and energy use from the ground up. We design and manufacture low-carbon, robotically produced concrete foundations for critical UK infrastructure. We are growing our production team in Espoo and are looking for a hands-on Production Technician to support both concrete casting operations and the operation of our robotic 3D-printing systems. You will support the complete production workflow, from preparation and incoming quality checks through robotic printing, casting, finishing, repair, cleaning, and final inspection. This role is suited to someone with practical experience in concrete, construction, manufacturing, or machinery operation who is motivated to develop their skills in robotic production. What It Means in Practice Assembling rebar cages, set up formwork/molds, and prepare materials according to technical drawings. Supporting the concrete casting process, including pouring, finishing, and repairing concrete products to a high standard. Learning to operate, monitor, and maintain our robotic 3D-printing systems and production software. Performing routine equipment checks, material prep, and operator-level maintenance to keep the line running smoothly. Conducting basic quality inspections and document production records. Working closely with the production team to ensure a safe and efficient daily workflow. To Succeed in This Role, We Expect Hands-on experience in concrete, precast, ready-mix, casting, formwork, groundworks, bricklaying, plastering, manufacturing, or a similar environment. Confidence using practical production tools and measuring equipment. Ability to follow drawings, SOPs, checklists, and structured production instructions. Basic troubleshooting and quality-control skills. A strong safety-first mindset and willingness to stop unsafe work. Clear English communication and the ability to work closely with others. A responsible, proactive, and adaptable approach. Motivation to learn robotic 3D printing and develop within the production team. Direct experience with concrete 3D printing is not required, as training on Hyperion’s systems will be provided.
