You must have full right to work in the UK.   The Role Seeking a results-driven professional to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced production environment. The role involves ensuring efficient production, maintaining compliance with food manufacturing safety standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives through people management and performance optimisation.   Working a  3 shift rotation of 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00 and 22:00-06:00.
