This role oversees scheduling, administrative, and customer coordination functions and works closely with Production, QA, and Operations leadership to align customer demand with manufacturing capability. The Scheduling Supervisor supports continuous improvement efforts, monitors production capacity, coordinates order flow from intake through fulfillment, and ensures clear communication across departments. This position provides operational insight and recommendations while supporting company objectives through effective execution and team leadership. Assumes Responsibility for Effective Strategic Planning Information: Assist management by providing scheduling data, capacity insights, and operational recommendations to support short- and long-term operation goals. Participate in the development and maintenance of production-related policies and procedures that support company objectives. Identify workflow improvement opportunities and provide input regarding scheduling impacts related to equipment, staffing, or process changes. Provide operational input to optimize production resources and scheduling efficiency.
