This role is ideal for a seasoned manufacturing leader with deep expertise in engineered wood processing, production planning, quality management, and operational excellence. You will be responsible for driving manufacturing efficiency while ensuring exceptional product quality, on-time delivery, and cost optimization. As the Production Operations Head, you will oversee the complete production lifecycle, including CNC machining, panel processing, edge banding, lamination, assembly, finishing, quality assurance, and dispatch. Working closely with Design, Sales, Supply Chain, Projects, and Quality teams, you will implement scalable manufacturing processes, optimize plant performance, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to support business growth.
