Position Overview Zenni is seeking an experienced and driven Production Manager to lead day-to-day production operations while ensuring cost-effective processes, exceptional product quality, and on-time delivery. This role reports directly to the Director of the Facility and has direct oversight of Production Shift Supervisors. The Production Manager will serve as a key cross-functional partner, collaborating closely with Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Production Operations & Scheduling Manage and optimize production schedules to ensure deadlines are consistently met Oversee the end-to-end production process to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards Support stable day-to-day production while driving product and process improvement initiatives Maintain accurate production records, data, and reports Ensure accuracy of data and adherence to management systems and processes Leadership & Team Development Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing production workforce Hire, train, and evaluate production staff performance Collaborate on manufacturing objectives aligned with Zenni's business goals and strategies Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence Continuous Improvement & Process Excellence Utilize continuous improvement methodologies to identify and capitalize on opportunities in safety, productivity, and cost reduction Identify, address, and resolve production process issues and lead the facility into new areas of improvement Develop and implement new processes and procedures across all facets of production Apply analytical methods and tools to increase productivity, decrease variability, and reduce safety risks Solve operational problems using structured problem-solving techniques and continuous improvement tools Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Achieve and sustain Plant Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) standards and world-class SHE performance Conduct regular safety audits and ensure all safety protocols are followed Drive a proactive safety culture throughout the facility Cost Management & Strategic Alignment Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures Develop and implement production policies and procedures Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure production goals align with company objectives Support global business needs and contribute to strategic goals and objectives Ensure production equipment is maintained and in good working order in partnership with the maintenance team  Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field 5+ years of experience in a production management role, preferably in the consumer goods industry Plant manufacturing experience required Experience
