Worthmann Roofing & Gutters is hiring a Production Manager to own the flow of every job from sold to final payment. This is the air traffic control seat for our production department — you'll direct Project Managers, Site Superintendents, and the Permitting Coordinator to keep jobs moving, on schedule, and on margin. This is a roofing and exterior production role, not a warehouse or shipping/receiving position. We need someone who has run crews and job sites in the field, not managed inventory from behind a desk.
