You will manage scheduling, oversee daily operations reports, and increase production by providing leadership and developing strategic action plans.  By managing key aspects of the supply chain, you will lead and coordinate various teams to ensure seamless and optimized operations. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent interpersonal communication skills and strong logical reasoning. The Production Manager balances the day-to-day operations on the warehouse floor, being an agent of change, and supporting the professional development of a large team of individuals.    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Responsibilities: Maintain a Safety-First culture in our food-based Fulfillment Center (FC). Responsible for meeting site environmental, health, quality & safety performance metrics. Maintains or exceeds the requirements and standards of OSHA, AlB, GMP, HACCP, FSSC, and FDA.  Oversee the day-to-day operations in the FC, driving performance to continuously meet both long- and short-term company goals. Prepare operating reports, establish KPIs, and provide value-driven feedback to direct reports.   Lead and motivate large cross-functional teams, including receiving, production, inventory control, and shipping. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture to meet or exceed operational goals. Champion continuous improvement efforts throughout the organization identifying areas of opportunity and implementing new processes to meet business needs. Implements best practices and ensures adherence to standard operating procedures.   Foster effective communication and collaboration among different departments within the warehouse.
