This role is perfect for an individual who is detailed, organized, and a self-starter.  A vital member of the Production Team, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader. Job responsibilities include: Manage labor effectively for entire shift Drive plant operations and continuous improvement   Work closely with all departments to achieve plant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including safety, environment, people, quality, responsiveness, and cost Ensure that all personnel, prior to the start of shift, are wearing the correct safety equipment and that safety awareness is maintained throughout the shift Ensure that all safety and incident reporting procedures are followed as well as all individuals are properly trained and their job functions are being performed correctly   What We Are Looking For 5+ years of management experience in manufacturing, preferably in non-climate-controlled environments Possess a working knowledge of TPS concepts e.g. work place organization/5S, root cause analysis Understands production planning concepts - able to plan, allocate resources, manage production and coordinate people and equipment   Position Pay Range $102,000 — $120,000 USD What OBE Offers You Benefits that benefit you – industry competitive  benefits  at the lowest cost to the employee Work-life balance – PTO and holidays, including floating holidays you can choose Compensation that rewards your hard work – A pay-for-performance culture with potential for annual raises and bonuses Training – We will equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed OBE Privacy Policy OBE will not discharge or discriminate against employees or applicants for discussing, disclosing, or inquiring about their own or others' pay.
