Collaborating with the Maintenance team to promptly address equipment issues, reduce downtime and improve machine reliability, as well as participating in the commissioning/validation of new equipment. Using and supporting ERP/MES systems and other digital tools to monitor production, analyse data and prepare technical and performance reports. Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, etc.) and to the training, coaching and support of operators on best operating practices. Required Qualifications: University degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering. 3+ years of experience in a production/industrial environment; experience in FMCG, food, cosmetics or chemicals will be considered a strong asset. Experience in supervising production processes and coordinating teams/shifts. We offer: Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and skills. Participation in a group private insurance scheme. Performance-based bonus.
