Amperesand is building a global company and looking for talent across our geographies.    Role Summary The Production Associate supports the execution of prototype-to-production builds for solid-state transformers in a fast-paced startup environment. This role is responsible for assembling mechanical subassemblies and completing final unit builds with a strong focus on quality and precision. The associate will follow established production processes, safety requirements, and quality standards while meeting defined production schedules. This is a highly hands-on position requiring attention to detail and the ability to work with complex electromechanical systems. On-the-job training will be provided to develop the skills needed to build advanced hardware safely and efficiently. The role is ideal for individuals who enjoy practical work and contributing directly to cutting-edge hardware development. Responsibilities: • Assemble mechanical and electromechanical subassemblies and final solidstate transformer units according to work instructions and engineering drawings. • Execute daily production tasks in alignment with established production schedules and build priorities. • Follow all quality control procedures to ensure products meet internal standards and customer requirements.• Adhere strictly to safety policies, EHS guidelines, and proper use of PPE at all times. • Perform material handling activities required to support assembly operations, including receiving, unpacking, staging,
