Product Owner (Fixed term min. 1 year) Type: Full-time Reports to:  Head of Product Preferred location: Budapest (HU), Cluj Napoca (RO),  Constanța  (RO), Miskolc (HU), Liberec (CZ), Lublin (PL), Warsaw (PL) As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving product development initiatives from a business perspective and ensuring successful implementation of new features and modules. Your key responsibilities include: Project-based coordination of the introduction or renewal of new modules and functions Ensuring product implementation and operation in line with business objectives Managing the business side of developments Identifying, prioritizing, and specifying business needs Managing and continuously maintaining the product backlog Daily collaboration with the development team and setting task priorities Consulting with stakeholders and managing feedback Validating the business suitability of delivered features Performing job-related tasks as specified by the supervisor In this role, you will have the authority to: Scope of authority Determining functional priorities Determining the content and order of the backlog Accepting or rejecting functions from a business perspective Preparing decisions on the scope of delivery Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or in a similar role Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies Ability to translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong analytical and prioritization abilities Experience working closely with software development teams A proactive mindset and a passion for creating customer-centric solutions Be part of one of the leading travel-tech companies in the region Work on products used by millions of travelers Collaborate with talented and supportive colleagues Hybrid working model with flexibility Opportunity to make a visible impact on product strategy and business results Competitive compensation and benefits package
