As a well-funded early-stage startup, Gruve offers a dynamic environment with strong customer and partner networks.   Position Summary The Product Owner is a highly execution-focused role responsible for driving the successful delivery of Gruve's next-generation AI infrastructure platform. Working closely with Product Leadership and Engineering, the Product Owner will translate product strategy, customer requirements, and platform roadmap into clear, prioritized engineering deliverables. This role requires a strong blend of product ownership, technical understanding, and Agile execution to manage product backlogs, define user stories, and enable the development of enterprise AI platform capabilities across GPU infrastructure, AI control plane, observability, governance, multi-tenancy, and cloud-native services. The ideal candidate is a hands-on Product Owner who can bridge product vision and engineering execution while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams across India and the US. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the Pulse AI product backlog, ensuring alignment with product roadmap and business priorities Translate product strategy, customer requirements, and technical inputs into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint-ready deliverables Prioritize features based on customer value, business impact, technical dependencies, and release commitments Partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, QA, DevOps, and Product Leadership to drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, release planning, and execution Create and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), functional specifications, workflows, release notes, and product documentation Define requirements for AI platform capabilities including GPU resource management, model inference, RAG pipelines, AI governance, observability, cost optimization, and multi-tenant platform features Collaborate with engineering teams to validate technical feasibility, resolve execution blockers, and ensure successful feature delivery Participate in customer discussions, product demonstrations, proof-of-concept activities, and stakeholder workshops to capture product feedback Track product KPIs, feature adoption, release quality, and operational metrics to continuously improve product delivery and user experience Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline 8–12 years of IT experience with at least 5 years as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or similar product ownership role Strong experience managing Agile product backlogs, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product delivery Proven ability to write high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, PRDs, functional specifications, and release documentation Good understanding of enterprise software platforms, cloud infrastructure, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems Exposure to AI/ML platforms, LLM applications, inference workflows, data pipelines, or enterprise AI platforms Experience working closely with Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams throughout the software development lifecycle Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, Miro, Figma, or similar Agile product management tools Strong analytical thinking and prioritization skills with the ability to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints
