We’re a team of 300+ people across İstanbul and Barcelona who bring curiosity, passion, trust, and ownership to everything we build. Recognized as a #1 LinkedIn Top Startup and a Great Place to Work in Europe, Codeway is where ambitious people do their life’s best work. We’re building the next generation of consumer tech and reimagining what mobile apps can be. This is Codeway. This is our way. Join us. ABOUT THE ROLE We're growing our product team and looking for a mid-level Product Manager to take full ownership of one of our Utility apps. As our team scales, we need someone ready to step up and drive an app end-to-end — owning its roadmap, its metrics, and its growth. You'll join a team with strong momentum and plenty of room to make the product your own. If you have a couple of years of PM experience under your belt and you're hungry for more responsibility, this is a chance to run your own app at a company that ships fast and reaches hundreds of millions of users. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Take full ownership of one of our Utility apps (such as Cleanup, Scanner, Keyboard, or Heartin) — from strategy through to execution. - Define and drive the product roadmap, prioritizing what moves the needle for users and the business. - Make decisions grounded in data: dig into analytics, form hypotheses, and run experiments to validate them. - Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams to ship features and improvements. - Monitor key performance metrics, spot growth and retention opportunities, and act on them. - Continuously study your users and your market to keep the product sharp and competitive. WHAT YOU'LL BRING - Passion for apps and app development. - 2–3 years of experience in product management. - Strong analytical skills and a genuinely data-driven mindset. - Experience in the app or gaming sector. - A sense of ownership — you're comfortable being the person accountable for a product's success. NICE-TO-HAVE - Experience building AI-powered consumer products. - Experience launching a new product from zero to one. - Creative talents, hobbies, or side projects that show how you think and build outside of work. - Personal projects exploring the latest AI models, creative tools, or emerging technologies.   WHAT WE OFFER · A Competitive Compensation Package.
