Description
bunch https://www.bunch.capital/ is building the backbone of private markets. We are enabling next-gen fund operations with one integrated system that combines secure data infrastructure, AI-powered workflows and expert fund services. If you value ownership, growth through real responsibility, and working with a thoughtful, ambitious team, this role might be for you.
YOUR ROLE
We’re looking for a strong Product Manager to join bunch’s Reporting Platform team and own the products and workflows that turn fund data into clear, compliant, investor-ready reporting.
You’ll work at the heart of how fund managers communicate performance and activity to investors — building intuitive reporting experiences and robust report-generation capabilities that customers can trust.
As Product Manager, Reporting Platform, you will:
- Own key parts of our reporting product surface area and reporting workflows end-to-end
- Help teams transform complex fund data into investor-grade outputs (quarterly/annual reporting, capital account statements, disclosures)
- Drive product decisions that balance accuracy, compliance, and usability
- Partner closely with engineering, design, and operations to deliver a system customers can rely on
This role is focused on the Reporting side of the platform. Typical areas include:
- Report generation workflows (quarterly/annual packages, capital account statements, investor-ready PDFs)
- Configuration and customization (templates, branding, disclosures, language/currency formatting)
- Data readiness & correctness for reports (validation, completeness checks, auditability)
- Distribution & delivery experiences (review/approve flows, investor delivery, access controls)
- Observability for reporting runs (errors, retries, performance, and customer-facing transparency)
- Data input experiences (capturing the underlying fund and portfolio data that powers reporting - with a strong focus on intuitive UI/UX, data quality, and completeness)
TOP RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive roadmap and execution for reporting workflows and customer-facing reporting experiences
- Translate domain requirements into clear product specs (inputs → transformations → outputs) with strong edge-case handling
- Partner with engineering to define the right primitives for scalable report generation (templates, data contracts, versioning)
- Collaborate with design to make complex reporting setup and review flows intuitive and fast
- Work with operations and customer-facing teams to identify friction, ensure correctness, and improve time-to-report
- Define and track success metrics across adoption, report quality, operational efficiency, and reliability
- Maintain a high bar for data integrity, traceability, and customer trust
ABOUT YOU
- 4–6+ years of product management experience building B2B Fintech products (ideally data-heavy or workflow-heavy)
- Strong product execution skills: shipping, iteration loops, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment
- Comfort working in domains with high correctness requirements (fintech, accounting, reporting, compliance, data platforms, or similar)
- Ability to translate complex requirements into simple product surfaces and crisp product logic
- Analytical mindset: you can define metrics, investigate root causes, and make data-informed tradeoffs
- Excellent communication: you can write clear specs and collaborate with technical and non-technical partners
- Experience working closely with engineering on systems that require reliability, monitoring, and edge-case rigor
- Nice to have: experience with fund reporting concepts and performance metrics (NAV, IRR, TVPI, DPI), or exposure to investor reporting workflows.
WORKPLACE AND BENEFITS
- Customizable benefits package (wellbeing, sport, mobility, food, and more)
- 28 days of vacation, plus 2 company days and local public holidays
- Remote work with quarterly Tea
